So the email works, and then it doesn't work, and then it works again. At the moment it doesn't work. Girlfriends at WSO, please get your shit together. (The last time this happened, it was because of a massive hack, and they sent out a note saying "uh, someone has had root access to all your accounts for, i dunno, maybe the last year or so... you might want to change your passwords."
