I'm Fine
Okay, so seriously: I wrote that last post when we all thought that there had been some sort of mechanical failure on the Tube. At this point, we all sort of wish there had been some sort of mechanical failure, rather than what's actually happened.
Again: I'm safe, although more and more shaken up. The thing I saw yesterday was just some construction going on. I'll write more soon.

Greg, as I went about my morning routine (including MUNI commute) I was thinking of you and hoping that you and all your people were safe. still am.
Relieved to hear you are all right and thinking of you, Rachel
Thank god.
I don't believe in this kind of crap but for whatever reason, I felt like you were probably fine. Maybe partly because I imagine you living a bit out of harm's way. Anyway it's awful and there's not much to say beyond that and meaningless but heartfelt things like: stay safe.

So glad to hear you're OK, but I wasn't too worried--I was pretty doubtful you'd be up early enough to be on the tube during rush hour.

So glad you're OK. Take care of yourself. -E in Jpn
Not much to add but to echo the comments above. Glad you're safe and okay.
